How would you describe the quality of your private offices?

Our private offices are newly up to date and come in a variety of options. With the inclusion of our neighboring suite, we hold a total of 42 offices ranging from 60sqft to 255sqft. These offices include interior or exterior options. 

Can I access these offices at any time?

We include one access card for our office clients. These access cards allow 24/7 access to our facility on weekdays and weekends. We can include additional access cards for a one-time setup fee. Office keys are also included for your individual office.

Can I use this location as a business address?

Our office clients and Cowork members are welcome to utilize our address as a business address. Any mail that may arrive to our facility will be managed by reception and distributed day of arrived or managed as requested by client. And, of course, our mailbox membership users are welcome to utilize our business address for their virtual office space in Boca Raton.

On the topic of reception, what details can you share about reception?

Our receptionist is on hand Mon-Fri, 9am – 5pm to assist our clients with any requests. Our receptionist is also a notary public. 

If I am a coworking member, do I have 24/7 access?

Our coworking memberships are strictly available for business hour use (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm).

How does a coworking membership work?

Our coworking membership is meant for the open facility area. We do not have dedicated desks. We have 15 different stations available on a first-come, first-serve basis. 

How does parking work?

The Sanctuary Building holds over 100 non-reserved parking spots currently. We also offer indoor, personalized, reserved parking close to our building elevator for an additional $100/mo.

Can I have clients visit my office?

Clients are always welcome! Our only ask is to have clients sign-in at reception.

Can I open a business in Florida / United States with a Virtual Office Address from you?

Yes, you can. Our virtual office membership packages includes a physical mailing address and a phone number which will help you to open your business in the Florida, United States.
